Todays swim was a rude awakening. Ouch! It hurt. Regardless, it was still a fun session and went by fast. Enjoy! Swum at Commonwealth Center in Victoria, BC – Long Course Meters. Swim set of the day

Warm Up
600 as 2x(100 swim, 100 kick no board, 100 drill)
4×50 DPS = Distance Per Stroke
4×50 25fast/25easy
Main Set 1
3×600 @ 1500 pace with 1 min recovery
Main Set 2
20×100 pull paddles with 20 seconds rest. Descend 1-5, 6-10, 7-15, 16-20.
Cool down
400 mix stroke
Hot tub time :)
