Tour De France Stage One Time-Trial Start Times

The world’s greatest cycling event rolls out of Monaco today. Riders, including seven-time Tour winner Lance Armstrong, leave Monaco at 4:00 pm local time and set off on a no-joke 15.5k time trial. Defending Tour champion, Carlos Sastre of Spain, is scheduled to start last.
